Each tier has a name, a score range, and a set of things it unlocks. This page is the practical guide — read it before you set targets.

Building (0–299)

Where you are when you join.

What it means

The model hasn’t seen enough work from you yet. You might be excellent; you might be unreliable; the data isn’t there to commit. Most Job Seekers spend two to four weeks here.

What you can do

  • Browse and apply to any open job.
  • Receive payments to your wallet.
  • Withdraw to your bank (after Tier 2 KYC).
  • Use the wallet normally — bills, savings, all standard operations.

What you can’t do yet

  • Take credit from partner lenders. The risk model doesn’t extend to Building tier.
  • Rank highly in employer matching — you’ll appear in candidate lists but lower than tenured Job Seekers.

Fastest path to Emerging

Complete 10 jobs. Get at least average reviews. Be online for 30 days. That’s it. The model rewards completion, not application count.

Emerging (300–549)

You’ve shown up. Now the model knows you exist.

What it means

You’ve completed a meaningful number of jobs (10+). Your reviews are reasonable (3.5+). You’ve been active for 30+ days. The model classifies you as “we have signal, and it’s not bad.”

What it unlocks

  • Higher ranking in matching. You’ll appear above Building-tier Job Seekers in employer searches.
  • Visibility to higher-paying jobs that the matching model gates by tier.
  • Eligibility for some Tier 2 lender products (specific lenders have specific thresholds; some accept Emerging).

What you still can’t do

  • Access most credit products. Trusted is the practical threshold.

Fastest path to Trusted

Tenure: get to 60+ days on the platform. Volume: get to 30+ completed jobs. Quality: keep your on-time rate at 85%+ and your average review at 4.0+. This usually takes 2-3 months of consistent activity. Some users move faster if they’re working high-frequency (daily) and finishing reliably.

Trusted (550–749)

You’ve earned trust.

What it means

You’ve put in 30+ completed jobs over 60+ days. Your on-time rate is high (85%+). Your average review is good (4.0+). The model classifies you as a reliable counterparty.

What it unlocks

  • Credit products. Tool-equipment loans for Job Seekers, inventory advances for traders. Partner lenders underwrite at this tier.
  • High priority in employer matching. You’re at the top of candidate lists for jobs that match your profile.
  • Higher transaction limits. Larger withdrawals, larger inflows, larger one-day volumes.
  • Premium customer support. Faster response on disputes; dedicated channel for complex issues.

Fastest path to Established

Tenure: 90+ days. Volume: 90+ completed jobs. Quality: on-time 95%+ and review average 4.5+. Repayment, if applicable: maintain a clean repayment streak on any credit you’ve taken. This is a real threshold. Most users who reach Trusted stay there or move toward Established gradually over a year. Established is the top 10-15% of active users.

Established (750–1000)

The top of the curve.

What it means

90+ jobs over 90+ days. On-time 95%+. Reviews 4.5+. Repayment streak intact. The model considers you exceptional.

What it unlocks

  • Best terms from partner lenders. Lower rates, higher amounts, longer terms.
  • Top priority in matching. Above Trusted-tier candidates in employer searches.
  • Highest transaction limits. Essentially uncapped within reason.
  • The gold ring. A small visual badge on your standing surface and on your profile when employers see you.
  • Endorsement weight. When you endorse another Job Seeker or trader (employers can also endorse), the endorsement carries more weight in their matching score.

What’s next after Established

There’s no fifth tier. Established is the top. The score continues to refine within the band (you can be Established-820 vs Established-960), but the tier name doesn’t change. Some users reach Established and stay there for years. Others drift back to Trusted during quiet periods and recover when they pick up activity. The system rewards consistency over months and years, not over individual weeks.

How quickly do tiers actually shift

A few real-world patterns we’ve observed (or modelled, where the platform is too young for data): The model doesn’t penalise you for working less if you work consistently. A weekend-only painter who shows up every weekend, finishes every job, gets great reviews can be Trusted within a few months. The model is reading reliability, not just volume.

How tier changes are surfaced

You see it three ways:
  1. A dashboard banner the day you move up. “Congratulations — you moved from Emerging to Trusted today. You’re now eligible for tool-equipment loans through our partner lenders.”
  2. A WhatsApp message. Same content, in case you’re not on the dashboard.
  3. The score chart on your standing page. A vertical line at the tier-change date.
A tier drop is also surfaced, more discreetly. “Your tier dropped from Trusted to Emerging. The drop was driven by [signal]. Here’s what would recover it.”

How it works

The signals the model reads.

The audit ledger

Where the signals come from.

The feedback loop

How standing changes what the rest of the platform shows you.
