If you only have five minutes, pick one of these and go.

Talk to Tola (Job Seekers)

Dial +234 (TBD) from any Nigerian number. Or open WhatsApp, find the Guild contact, and tap the call button — that lands on Tola too, through Meta’s WhatsApp Calling rails bridged to our SIP server.Try one of these:
  • “I dey find work for Ibadan. I be tailor.”
  • “What jobs dey for Bodija?”
  • “Apply me to that one.”
Tola speaks Nigerian English. She’ll code-switch into Pidgin if you do. Six tools live on the call: sign up, list open jobs, get job details, apply, update profile, set skills.Voice is the Job Seeker rail. An employer or trader who calls the same number gets a polite deflect — their flows live on WhatsApp and the web.

Post a test job from the employer dashboard

Open guild.com.ng/sign-up. Choose Employer. Sign in with your phone — one-time passcode by SMS. Complete the five-question Tier 2 conversational profile inside WhatsApp (business name, industry, staff count). Skip Tier 3 KYC for the demo. Then post a job:
  • Title: 3 bricklayers
  • Location: Bodija, Ibadan
  • Pay: ₦4,000 a day
  • Duration: 2 days
  • Language preference: Yoruba
Submit. Watch the matching model rank candidates in the right panel. Watch the WhatsApp messages fire to the top three. To pay a Job Seeker once the work is done, the employer dashboard needs a linked bank. The link flow walks you through OPay’s mandate authorization. After the ₦50 confirmation transfer, the Mandate ready webhook fires within a few minutes and you can debit any time.
