Where to find reports
guild.com.ng/reports. Three tabs.
Hiring spend
Total spend over your chosen window. Broken down by week, month, or quarter. Stacked by job category, location, or pay rate.
Workforce composition
Headcount by trade. By location. By gender. By language. By repeat-hire status. Useful for diversity tracking and for spotting concentration risk.
Repeat hires
The Job Seekers you’ve hired more than once. Their cumulative earnings from you. Their tier history. Useful for identifying your reliable bench.
Hiring spend
The headline chart. A line graph of total labour spend, with markers for each posted job. You can pivot:- By time window. Day, week, month, quarter, year.
- By category. Construction, hospitality, cleaning, etc.
- By location. State or city.
- By job type. Routine (≥3 prior similar jobs) vs project-specific.
Workforce composition
A pie chart and a table per dimension. The dimensions that matter most:
For each pie segment, click through to a list view with every Job Seeker and every job tagged with that property.
Repeat hires
This is the report most contractors don’t realise they need until they see it. Three columns:
The Job Seekers you’ve worked with most. Sort by jobs, by total earnings, or by tenure (when you first hired them).
Each row links to that Job Seeker’s profile — their current standing tier, their other employers, their availability for the coming week. For a contractor with a stable site rotation, this is gold. It’s also a hint to the matching model: future jobs you post will preferentially surface to these people first.
Inside the row, you can:
- Send a direct hire invitation. “I have another job starting next Thursday — interested?” Bypasses the open marketplace. The Job Seeker still has to accept.
- Block. If you’ve had a bad experience. They won’t appear in future matches for your jobs.
- Tier-up support. Endorsement that pushes their standing tier slightly. Limited (you can endorse 5 Job Seekers per month).
Downloadable reports
Two formats:- Monthly PDF. Branded, signed, with the spend chart and composition tables. Suitable for accountant or tax filing.
- CSV. Raw payment data. Every transaction in the period. Standard columns: date, Job Seeker, application ID, job ID, amount, source, reference. Joinable with your other systems.
guild.com.ng/reports. We sign the PDF with our Ed25519 key so it can be verified as authentic Guild data later (matters for lender or tax review).
Real-time vs end-of-period
The reports are real-time. The numbers in your hiring spend chart for “this month” reflect every payment up to a few minutes ago. The downloadable summaries are generated end of period. The monthly PDF for August lands on September 1st, after the last hour of August transactions are reconciled. What the reports don’t show
A short list of things you might expect that aren’t here at v1:- Predicted spend for next month. We have the data, we don’t surface a prediction. Too much room for being wrong in ways that affect your planning. (May ship in v2 with confidence intervals.)
- Comparison against industry averages. Privacy boundary — we’d need to aggregate across employers in your category, and at our current scale that aggregation isn’t strong enough to publish.
- Profitability analysis. We see your labour spend, not your revenue. If you want labour-as-percent-of-revenue, you’d have to combine our CSV with your sales data.
API access
Everything in the dashboard is also queryable via the API for employers who want to build internal tooling. Authentication via your dashboard’s session cookie (server-to-server) or a service token (for backend systems). For most employers, the dashboard is enough.Next
